specified in writing. CC reserves the
right to negotiate, deny, or alter terms of credit based on an individual quote
basis. Cost of goods and services are
calculated based on product, industry, technology, and terms of delivery. Some
transactions may not allow for credit terms, and may require payment in
advance. Advance payment will be
considered a default payment term. Delivery of all product may be presented as
a calculated figure in advance to material acquisition, as a result there is
potential for change based on materials after a quote and before delivery. CC will send confirmations at such time as
orders are accepted and confirmed by our manufacturing facility for this reason.

received. CC reserves the right to deny supply of any produce or service, with

placed with CC shall be considered non-cancelable and non-returnable – NCNR,
unless negotiated in writing otherwise.
Such negotiation will require a formal signed acceptance by authorized
officers of CC. Minimum purchase
quantities can be enforced by CC for any products or services. Standard products may not imply that minimum
purchases will not be required, as some components for products may require CC

to accommodate. CC reserves the right to deny multiple reschedules based on the
request and situation, although it may not be our desire to resist such a
request. CC also may be forced to change price, delivery, terms of sale, or any
issue that had prior negotiation to accommodate an expressed change presented
by a customer.
